Change management

In order to face the growing complexity of our world, new forms of organisations are emerging (teal, freedom-form). Such transformations range very deeply and affect the structure itself as much as it affects every individual within it.

We support structures navigate through these transformations on several levels:

  • giving thought to the sense of changing in order to anchor the existential reason of the organisation;
  • defining the appopriate governance structure (sociocracy, holacracy, etc.);
  • supporting teams and individual in managing the changes;
  • giving training on the skills needed to evolve in this new environment, in particular communication.
