Integral vision

It is important for us to consider human beings in all their dimensions: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

"Enlightenment is understanding that there is nowhere to go, nothing to do, and nobody you have to be except exactly who you're being right now."

Neale Donald Walsch

Our society is mainly concerned with physical and mental aspects. Emotions are a taboo in the working envrionment. As for spirituality it is strictly confined to private life because it is too closely associated with religion.

We find it crucial to integrate all four dimensions into all areas of our life, including the professional domain. Expressing emotions makes relations more fluid and contributes to general well-being. Spirituality must not be considered as a sacred abstraction anymore but recover its nature as inspiration for our life and actions. As such it belongs to the workplace too.

From an integral point of view everyone should feel free to be who they really are, in all circumstances, while respecting everyone.
