Mediation

Mediation is a process which aims at restoring dialog between two or more parties thanks to the presence of a neutral, impartial and independent third party, who is the creator and guardian of a welcoming and secure space favorable to exchanges.

"To me, mediation is a concrete effort to reinvent the space and time where the collaboration of many is used as an efficient strategy against the violence of a few."

Thomas Fiutak

We intervene in any kind of structure to restore dialog where it has been degraded or broken. We also intervene in situations where tensions have started to arise, to reinstate a fluid communication and create an atmosphere of open dialog. Indeed mediation can be curative as well as preventive.

Mediation is also we remarkable tool for project management, facilitating exchanges inside a group, enabling each individual to be heard.
