Change is part of life. In particular it is visible in the growing complexity of our world. In reaction to that new forms of organisations are emerging (teal, freedom-form). Such transformations reach very deeply and affect the structure itself as much as it affects every individual within it.
We support structures in navigating through these transformations on several levels:
- giving thought to the sense of changing in order to anchor the existential reason of the organisation;
- defining the appopriate governance structure (sociocracy, holacracy, etc.);
- supporting teams and individual in managing the changes;
- giving training on the skills needed to evolve in this new environment, in particular communication.
